Termites are found at many places in the world. They are very social insects as they are mainly found in millions all over the world. There are almost 4000 species of termites. They are also known to eat decomposing plant matters. They build their house and they use chewed woods, soil, saliva, and mud in construction. One can see good number of termites in the regions of tropical and sub-tropical regions. Termite�s mounds are generally seen up to 3 meters. They are herbivorous and they eat organic plant matters.
